The Portal is open from 1 Oct 2026 (5 pm) to 11 Oct 2026 (11.59 pm) for submitting preferences.
Only those applicants whose data is available in Sevaarth databases will be able to fill up the preferences.
All other applicants, whose data is not available in Sevaarth databases, will need to approach their Drawing and Disbursing Officer for updating the Sevaarth database.
Upon updation of their details in the Sevaarth database, such applicants would be considered for subsequent allotment cycles.
Applicants of June 2026 & July 2026 Allotment Cycles, who had received SMS about tentative Allotment of Flat in Bandra Colony, but have not received the final Allotment Letter, are requested to wait till further notice. Repairs of such Flats is under active consideration of PWD. Allotment Letters will be issued after the repairs are carried out by PWD.
